New Handcrafted Cocktails for Fall and Winter Now Available at The County Line Bar-B-Q in Northwest San Antonio

“Looking at the ingredients I chose for our new slate of fall and winter cocktails, it is obvious I was looking forward to cooler temperatures when I created these cocktails,” says Garrett Stephens, Assistant GM/pitmaster/chef/mixologist at The County Line Bar-B-Q restaurant at 10101 IH-10 West (between the Wurzbach and Huebner Road exits, near the Colonnade). “We are also paying tribute to Texas bourbon whiskeys by allowing our guests to customize their favorite whiskey cocktails—Old Fashioned, Mule, Neat or Rocks—with Fire Oak, Treaty Oak, Devils River, Ben Milam or Rebecca Creek.”
All beers and some cocktails are discounted during IH-10’s happy hour, which runs Mondays through Fridays from 3 to 7 p.m. Happy hour includes $1 off beer, house margaritas, Grande Margaritas, Gallo Borracho margaritas, wells and all appetizers.
The new handcrafted cocktails now available through late Winter 2019 include:
• “The Three Amigos” Fall Fashioned - Two fingers of Ben Milam Bourbon, El Guapo’s Small Batch Sweet Potato Spiced Syrup, Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic (Allspice) Bitters - $11
• Honey Crisp Harvest Mule - Enchanted Rock Vodka, Barrow’s Ginger Liqueur, Honey Crisp Apple Cider, Lime, Gosling’s Ginger Beer - $9
• Cranberry-Orange Margarita - Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila, Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur, House-Made Cranberry Jam and Fresh Squeezed Citrus Juices, with Chinese Five Spice Rim - $9
• Tito’s Cinco – Two Fingers of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Five Muddled Grapes, a Hint of Fresh Jalapeno, Lime, Simple Syrup, Orange Bitters - $9
• Bourbon Blackberry Smash – Two Fingers Fire Oak Small Batch Texas Bourbon, Lime, Mint, Fresh Blackberries, Simple Syrup, Splash Club Soda - $11
• Old Fashioned: Guests can pick their choice of favorite Texas whiskeys (Fire Oak, Treaty Oak Red-Handed, Devils River, Ben Milam, Ben Milam Rye or Rebecca Creek), mixed with Pecan Orgeat and Xocolati Mole Bitters – $9 to $10
• Mule: Guests can pick their choice of favorite Texas whiskeys (Fire Oak, Treaty Oak Red-Handed, Devils River, Ben Milam, Ben Milam Rye or Rebecca Creek), mixed with fresh lime and Maine Root Ginger Beer - $9 to $10
• Neat or Rocks: Guests can pick their favorite Texas whiskey, served on the rocks or neat: Fire Oak, Treaty Oak Red-Handed, Devils River, Ben Milam, Ben Milam Rye or Rebecca Creek) - $9 to $10

Texas craft beers include Busted Sandal 210 Ale, Cedar Creek Dankosaurus IPA Southerleigh Gold Export Lager and Shiner Bock. New beers from Thirsty Planet Brewing in Austin: Pailhead American Pale Ale and Thirsty Goat American-style Amber Ale.
