New Hires Will Help BAN to Continually Improve Member Service

Charles Nguyen and Grace Yarcusko have joined the Benefit Advisors Network (BAN) – a national network of independent employee benefit firms

Grace and Charles will play key roles in helping BAN to continue providing outstanding service to our broker members, each of whom is vitally important to the growth and success of our organization.

Charles Nguyen and Grace Yarcusko have joined the professional team at Benefit Advisors Network (BAN) – a national network of independent employee benefit firms. Nguyen will be a National Account Executive, while Yarcusko will serve as Member Support Coordinator.

“Grace and Charles will play key roles in helping BAN to continue providing outstanding service to our broker members, each of whom is vitally important to the growth and success of our organization,“ says BAN Executive Director Perry Braun.

In his new role, Nguyen will work directly with the independent health and welfare brokerage firms which are BAN members. He will also be responsible for driving adoption and use of BAN’s preferred services, tools, and products, which are designed to improve company performance and profitability.

Yarcusko will support BAN’s National Account Executives, creating a customer service experience that enables members to improve their performances and profitability. She specifically will handle on-boarding new members, managing the Virtual Office which serves as an information center for BAN members, and assisting members with other BAN resources.

Nguyen comes to BAN from Allstate Benefits, where he served as a Field Benefits Leader. A resident of Orange County, CA, he is a graduate of California State University – Fullerton, where he received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a MBA in Risk Management and Insurance.

Yarcusko previously was a production manager, pattern maker, and design consultant at Forma Apparel. The Chagrin Falls, OH resident attended Ursuline College in Ohio and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
