New “Inner Management” Guide Focuses on Redefining Oneself
MUNICH (PRWEB) October 16, 2018 -- Author Paola Corinaldesi’s personal memoir and “Inner Management” guidebook, “Reborn as the Self: How to Shed Your Identity, Contain Your Mind and Become the Creator of the Life You Desire” (published by Balboa Press), explores how to redefine the self by nurturing authenticity and awareness instead of “blindly identifying with mind and identity.” The book is available for purchase at: https://www.amazon.com/Reborn-Self-Identity-Contain-Creator-ebook/dp/B07FPFZXK6.
Corinaldesi explains deep spiritual teachings in connection with real-life situations, offering an opportunity for people to see spirituality as a way to enhance internal wellbeing rather than “a difficult mystical method for a few people sitting in a cave in the Himalayas.” The central concept is about how to merge with one’s authentic self to know what is the best for one’s own happiness in life. To achieve self-transformation, Corinaldesi offers 12 “Inner Management” principles as well as tools and exercises for the journey.
Corinaldesi says, “I wish for my readers a transformation from purely functional, compulsive, fearful and conditioned identities who live mostly within the walls of their self-created psychological reality, into free, fearless, aware and joyful beings who can reside in the pure intelligence, beauty and grace of their own self and sculpt the life they truly desire.”
The author is convinced that no major change can happen on the outside (world peace, religious conflicts, hunger) unless “we learn to manage our inside.” She believes global change starts with the transformation of human consciousness at individual level. “Reborn as the Self” is the author’s contribution to inspire and motivate people to this change.
