ST. LOUIS, Mo. (PRWEB) March 21, 2019
McKissock Learning, the leading national provider of online education for real estate appraisers, announced that real estate appraisers in New Mexico will now be able to take all of their appraisal education online, including licensing, CE, and upgrade courses.
“Previously, real estate appraisers were only allowed by law to take half of their continuing education online,” said Ashleigh Wallach, Senior Director of Appraisal Education at McKissock Learning. “This change represents a huge improvement. Appraisers can now take all 28 of their CE hours online at McKissock Learning, entirely at their own pace and from the comfort of their own homes.”
In accordance with last year’s Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) changes, the new regulations also ease the minimum requirements for college education and experience hours.
With a focus on flexible, practical training, McKissock Learning has helped hundreds of thousands of appraisers get licenses, grow their businesses, and stay competitive. Courses focus on the most relevant industry trends, and students can choose from online classes, live classes, live webinars, and professional development to achieve success in their appraisal career.
“For many appraisers, this change will have a profound effect,” explained Wallach. “Not only does it make it easier for busy, working professionals to upgrade their licenses and gain greater control over their careers, but it also makes it easier for more skilled people to get into the field in the first place.
