New Name, Same Mission for Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano Disability
Disability Justice is now Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano Disability--offering the same exceptional service under a new name.
PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Disability Justice is now Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano Disability—offering the same exceptional service under a new name.
The aim of the new name is to bring the group in line with the larger Pond Lehocky family, emphasizing that the department shares the overall Firm's mission—serving clients at the highest professional level with exemplary litigation and trial techniques.
The change to Pond Lehocky Disability also highlights the Firm's shared core values of client-centered service, teamwork, diligence, excellence, continued education, growth with integrity, cutting-edge innovation and community engagement.
Pond Lehocky Partner Tom Giordano Jr. said it makes sense to bring the department back under the umbrella of the Pond Lehocky brand.
"Pond Lehocky has become a true, national presence in the legal community. Our Referral Team sends thousands of cases to lawyers in all 50 states. It is something we are all very proud of," he said.
However, he said that as Pond Lehocky's footprint grew, many of the Firm's referral partners, vendors and others did not realize the that it practiced Social Security and long-term disability.
The name change seeks to remedy that.
"We all agree that this is much less confusing to our mutual clients, attorney referrals, friends and the outside world," Giordano said.
Despite the name change, the Pond Lehocky Disability will still offer the same holistic approach to client advocacy it's known for nationwide. It remains dedicated to defending clients' rights daily, both in the courtroom and through political activism.
Pond Lehocky Disability opened its doors as Disability Justice in 2015, quickly becoming one of the leading advocacy groups for disabled Americans. Over the last four years, the department has assisted tens of thousands of Americans in all 50 states and Puerto Rico in applying for and obtaining disability benefits.
