New Novel About a Child Born of an Incestuous Relationship Presents a Story of Hope
KAAAWA, Hawaii (PRWEB) May 28, 2019 -- One woman overcomes personal obstacles to awaken to her spirit, soul, talents, destiny and life’s purpose as she goes on a quest for knowledge, compassion and healing in D. O. Grant’s new novel, “LILY-BUTTERFLY: And The Path Of Life's Experiences” (published by Balboa Press). The book is available for purchase at: https://www.amazon.com/Lily-Butterfly-Lifes-Experiences-D-Grant/dp/1982223456.
With seeds and roots created in the 1600s by Lily-Butterfly’s great-great-great grandparents, Lily-Butterfly was conceived through a step-father raping his step-daughter. Lily-Butterfly's birth mother chooses to keep the encounter and the child a secret, planning to starve the baby and kill her. Despite her best efforts, Lily-Butterfly is born, so she abandons her. Returning years later to find Lily-Butterfly saved by her grandmother, Lily-Butterfly’s mother attempts to destroy her disowned daughter mentally, spiritually and physically.
“While there is life there is hope, there are always options and choices,” Grant says. “Empowerment, transformation, healing, responsibility, and everything of value comes from within. There is help and assistance for everything, if people ask, seek, find, and taking action to practice what they seek.’
