New Online Version of 'The Campbell Leadership Descriptor' Now Available from HRDQ and The Center for Creative Leadership
HRDQ, a developer and publisher of experiential learning resources, and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), a top-ranked, global provider of leadership development, have partnered to launch a new online version of The Campbell Leadership Descriptor.
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- HRDQ, a developer and publisher of experiential learning resources, and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), a top-ranked, global provider of leadership development, have partnered to launch a new online version of The Campbell Leadership Descriptor.
The Campbell Leadership Descriptor is a 40-item, On-line, self-assessment designed to help people identify the important characteristics of leadership, learn the characteristics of successful leaders, and evaluate their own leadership strengths and weaknesses by comparing themselves to a "good leader" and a "poor leader" they have known or experienced. With this information, leaders can create their own personal action plan to improve and develop their leadership skills and abilities.
CCL collaborated with HRDQ to create this digital product to build on an already existing Reseller partnership that includes, but is not limited, to the print version Campbell Leadership Descriptor, Visual Explorer, Leadership Metaphor Explorer, Experience Explorer, and Feedback that Works: Coach with Conversations products. The Online Campbell Leadership Descriptor is the first digitized product co-developed in partnership. CCL is a global non-profit organization that provides leadership development, assessments, digital learning, executive coaching, publications and customized offerings. CCL's services allow organizations to develop the leadership competencies and culture needed to meet specific challenges and business realities.
