New Self-Help Book Uses Personality Process to Assist with Communication and Success
VICTORIA, British Columbia (PRWEB) January 22, 2019 -- Author Nadine Hanchar finds people to be rich and layered, and quite fascinating. After her brother was killed by a drunk driver, Hanchar had to grow up fast due to the lasting impact of the death of her brother on her mother. This led to a quest to understand people and what causes behavior, a quest that helped Hanchar create her PEP Personality Process. In her new book, “Knowing Me, Knowing You: The PEP Personality Process” (published by Balboa Press), Hanchar explores how her process can help people better understand themselves and others.
In “Knowing Me, Knowing You,” Hanchar draws on her expertise she has acquired over 30 years to explore why it’s so important for people to feel heard, be seen and be accepted. She assists readers through her personality process in knowing how they interface with their environment, how they communicate and receive communication, how they deal with stress, how to create more security in their lives, how they learn best and how to set themselves up for success.
Hanchar hopes that readers find the PEP Personality Process helpful in a whole person sense, because it can be utilized in many environments to allow growth and to strength bonds. She states, “Our differences make us stronger, and our collaborative contributions innovate and build better, stronger organizations; more solid and trusting relationships and diverse and growing communities that promote a more enlightened world.”
