Wordrop is a great game for all ages. Pass time while challenging your brain!

"Wordrop” was featured on NewsWatch as part of its monthly AppWatch, which takes a look at the latest and coolest apps on the iOS, Android, and Windows markets. Andrew Tropeano, a host of NewsWatch and a mobile technology expert, conducted the app review and shared with viewers how it’s a fun and challenging combination of Boggle and Tetris for mobile devices.
Word game fans will like a new mobile app called Wordrop. It’s a combination between Boggle and Tetris where letters fall from the sky and players spell words using the letters before the screen fills up.
There are four variations to the game. There’s Classic, where players spell words using the letters before the screen fills up but with twenty levels, each progressively getting harder. Then there’s Endurance, which is similar to classic, but it never ends. There’s the Puzzle Mode, where players have a full screen of letters and can take their time, spelling words until there are no letters remaining. But every letter must be used or it’s game over. The final option is the Race Mode, where players have a short time-limit to spell as many words as possible before time runs out.
A fun feature of Wordrop is their use of iOS’s GameCenter. They’ve used it to their advantage by allowing players to challenge friends and play the same game. Definitely a fun way to do multiplayer. Wordrop is available for iPads only and costs $2.99.
