"Tykester” was featured on NewsWatch as part of its monthly AppWatch, which takes a look at the latest and coolest mobile applications on the iOS, Android, and Windows market. Andrew Tropeano, a host of NewsWatch AppWatch and mobile technology expert, conducted the app review and shared with viewers how it lets caregivers easily input information on a child throughout the day.
Parents today face tough challenges and most work longer hours away from home. That doesn’t mean parents want to be less connected to their children. For moms and dads with children in daycare or who have a childcare provider, a great app to check out is Tykester.
Tykester is an app for iOS and Android devices that let’s caregivers easily input information on each child throughout the day. Parents can see up to the minute updates on what they’ve eaten, how long their nap was, and what type of mood they’re in. The caregiver can also upload photos of a child if a cute moment happens during the day. With the food function, when a child eats a meal, the caregiver can search the personalized food list to find the exact food they ate, then slide the bar to show quantity.
Tykester is an easy way for parents to stay in the know on their child while at work or traveling. It’s great for when they pick up the child to know how their day has been.
