Nexternal and Microworks are pleased to announce that wineries can now automatically synchronize data between Microworks' Direct Sales Management Software and Nexternal’s eCommerce platform.
For example, when a wine club member is created in Microworks, that customer is automatically created in the winery’s online store allowing that customer to receive wine club member discounts, visibility to club members’ only products, club member allocated wines, and other wine club privileges. Likewise, if a wine club member logs into their online store hosted by Nexternal and updates their profile information, it is automatically updated in Microworks. In addition, order data from the Nexternal System flows automatically into Microworks providing tasting room staff complete visibility of each customer’s online activity.
