Ongoing integration of Thompson Flanagan significantly broadens NFP’s M&A complex risk solutions for private equity firms and their portfolio companies

Brian Flanagan, managing director, who joined NFP as part of the company’s 2021 acquisition of Thompson Flanagan, will lead the Private Equity Group.

Since acquiring Thompson Flanagan, NFP has integrated their leadership and capabilities into its existing team of experts. This collaboration has broadened NFP’s capabilities in the private equity space by adding seasoned professionals who offer the full gamut of M&A services for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including comprehensive benefits due diligence, as clients navigate complex risks, pursue new opportunities and require specialized P&C and benefits offerings. Agency founders Doug Thompson and Larkin Flanagan will continue to be instrumental in providing advice and counsel to NFP’s burgeoning list of national clients.
