Eva E. Behring Pens Old-fashioned Tale about Little Pig in ‘Ngiri’
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (PRWEB) March 19, 2015 -- Eva E. Behring is an avid artist and a ravenous reader. She liked to read to her small children fairy tales and stories she invented herself. Among these was the story of a little pig that the children liked and wanted to hear again and again. This prompted her to write “Ngiri,” (published by Xlibris) a story that will teach children the value of exercising tolerance.
This story is about Ngiri, a little pig that is born with a straight tail and is being bullied by his playmates because all other pigs have curly tails. But as the story unfolds, he will learn to embrace his uniqueness and even be proud of it.
“This book is kind of an old fashioned tale different from what many of today’s kids get to experience from television,” says Behring."Aside from that, the anthropomorphized colorful illustrations of the pig family will appeal to children.”
“Ngiri” hopes to make children learn that it is alright to be different and unique. It is a story for them to learn in a playful way about tolerance.
