My passion for guiding juniors through the learning stages in golf grows every season. Even after 30+ years, I have never lost the energy to provide the best environment possible.

University of Minnesota - Les Bolstad Golf Course, located in Minneapolis-St. Paul, announced the addition of NIKE Junior Golf Camps to its summer programming schedule. Led by Camp Director and PGA Master Professional of Player Development, Greg Schulze, these improvement-based programs are tailored to accommodate young golfers of all skill levels in a fun, positive environment.

Greg Schulze, currently one of only 10 PGA Master Professionals in the State of Minnesota, brings over 30 years of teaching experience to the camps along with a passion for youth player development. Schulze has also earned honors as “Best Teachers in the State” list by Golf Digest, “Teacher of the Year” by Minnesota PGA and “Top 50 Instructor in America” by Golf Range magazine. His accolades, coupled with his passion for junior golf, make for a top-notch experience for participating players.

“Greg is one of those individuals who has dedicated his life to growing the game,” states Nicholas Brunner, vice president of US Sports Camps. “The facility at the University of Minnesota - Les Bolstad GC is the perfect environment for Nike Junior Golf Camps and our two program options allows families to choose a format best suited for their children.”

University of Minnesota - Les Bolstad Golf Course is located minutes from the University of Minnesota campus and is home to the Golden Gopher Men’s and Women’s teams. The public side of the facility boasts a driving range with 60 stalls and has a three-hole practice course loop which allows campers to practice their skills in real-life scenarios during instructional hours. Greg and his staff of teaching professionals will be on hand to instruct and supervise the players, covering all aspects of the game including putting, short game, full swing, rules and etiquette.

“My passion for guiding juniors through the learning stages in golf grows every season. Even after 30+ years, I have never lost the energy to provide the best environment possible,” says Greg Schulze, PGA. “I own over 130 golf-specific training aids to create multiple fun golf stations so the kids will stay active and engaged throughout the week. I am extremely excited and honored to host Nike Junior Golf Camps this summer and look forward to guiding all junior golfers.”
