Head Softball Coach, Erin Kotlarz, will be directing Nike Softball Camp at Taylor University this summer alongside her staff and players. Coach Kotlarz is in her second season with the TU softball program. During the 2019 campaign, TU posted a record of 36-17, advancing to the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round for the third time in six years.
“We are excited to team up with Coach Kotlarz and her coaching staff this summer,” says Josh Scriven, Manager of Nike Softball Camps. “The goal of this camp is to offer young athletes the opportunity to train with amazing college coaches, experience a college campus, and take their game to the next level, all while having a great summer experience."
The four-day camp is open to players beginner to advanced looking to hone their skills with high-energy coaches in a fun and focused environment. The all skills program will cover fielding, hitting, base-running, and game scenarios through a combination of drills and games. Campers can choose to attend the day camp (9 a.m.-3 p.m.), extended day (9 a.m.-9 p.m.), or get the full college campus experience and attend as an overnight camper.
