The trial lasted two days, and as a result, Nino was successful in having the home returned to its rightful owner, Teresa Isabella.

"I had no doubt they would do the right thing. This woman owned the house, someone stole it on paper, and again she owns it," says Attorney At Law Nino Tinari.

Fighting injustice is just half of what Nino V. Tinari is known for, the other half is winning. The house in question has been in disarray for years claim neighbors*. Tinari's rebuttal is that the former and now current owner Teresa Isabella had the house stolen from her and was unable to attend to matters regarding the house. "She was legally not the owner when the deed was placed into another persons name. Of course this was without her knowledge and permission. The fight that we've been fighting is about returning the home back to Teresa, the rightful owner," says attorney Nino Tinari.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Nino Tinari is no stranger to the intricacies of the various neighborhoods and city ordinances in Philadelphia. "I was born here, went to school here and have been an attorney at law for years, of course I know the city wants her to clean up the house. In this rare circumstance that couldn't happen. Would you spend thousands of dollars fixing a house that you don't own? This was a unique case of ownership and now Teresa can move on with her life now that she is once again the owner of the house she's owned for nearly 40 years."

When asked about his reaction to the Appellate court's affirmation that the lower courts ruling will stand**, Tinari said, "I had no doubt they would do the right thing. This woman owned the house, someone stole it on paper, and again she owns it."
