Based on TurningPoint's proprietary NiOS® software, ETEMS standardizes ordering and delivery, streamlines invoices and payment processing, enforces enterprise policies, and provides customizable reporting and business analytics. The team configured and successfully connected its AWS GovCloud instance to the VA network, helping the VA to achieve significant operational efficiencies in record time and reducing the total cost of ownership for the solution.

TurningPoint managing partner David Hughes says the deployment helps the VA manage its $260 million annual telecoms spend more effectively.

The VA is using NiOS 6, the newest version of the NiOS platform which offers a transition project management module, tailored to provide efficiencies and reduce the risk of complex telecom contract and technology transitions.
TurningPoint's subcontract to B3 Group will extend for 15 years if all options are exercised.
