Nitrous.IO Adds Former Heroku Developer Experience (DX) Leader as VP of Technical Operations

In his new role, Dollar, the former leader of the Developer Experience team at Heroku, will help extend and expand the Nitrous.IO service as it continues to become the de-facto platform for professional developers to create and ship software products in an agile manner.
Dollar spent the past 5 years as a software engineer, lead architect and developer experience leader at Heroku, a subsidiary of SalesForce.com, that revolutionizes how developers deploy web applications. While at Heroku, Dollar was responsible for the overall developer experience and many of Heroku's developer-facing tools, including buildpacks, the command line client (CLI) and the Heroku Toolbelt. David is also the creator and maintainer of the widely used Foreman project and a leader in the open source community.
