Attorney Garry R. Salomon’s ‘Consumers Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims’ is Now Available in Polish
Teaneck, NJ (PRWEB) August 02, 2013 -- New Jersey personal injury lawyer Garry R. Salomon announced today that his book, “The Consumer’s Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims,” is now available in a Polish language version.
Without proper guidance, Polish-speaking consumers are at risk of making mistakes that could cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to Salomon, a founding member of the law firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., who exclusively practices personal injury law.
Salomon said that he wrote “The Consumer’s Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims” (ISBN 1453720499) with hopes that it would serve as a step-by-step, easy-to-read guide on understanding one’s rights and avoiding the legal pitfalls that often follow an accident.
Because so many of his law firm’s clients speak only Polish, it was decided that the first translation of the book should the benefit the Polish community, Salomon said.
“After an accident, most people trust the advice of their insurance company representatives and fail to preserve their own valuable legal rights. This is a big mistake because insurance companies have their own interests to protect and fail to preserve the valuable legal rights of their policy holders claiming an injury,” Salomon said.
Salomon’s guide seeks to explain, in simple terms, the claims and litigation process so the reader can make informed decisions. The book discusses the process both before and after a lawsuit is filed.
“I wrote this guide to help people understand how to handle the moments – and months – after an injury-causing fall or automobile accident,” he said. “Personal injury claims are extremely complex. People making a claim either on their own or through a qualified personal injury lawyer must be educated and informed about the entire process.”
For the past 30 years, Salomon has helped families achieve justice by fighting powerful insurance companies and their lawyers. He said that he wrote the book based on his knowledge and the experience he gained by helping his clients put their lives back together.
“After representing and advising several thousand clients, I decided to put my advice in writing,” Salomon said.
Although portions of the book discuss New Jersey law, Salomon said the material can be helpful to Polish-speaking citizens in any state who are pursuing a personal injury claim, including those in neighboring New York.
“The Consumer’s Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims” is available for free to Polish-speaking accident victims by calling Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., at (800) LAW-2000, or it can be bought online at Amazon.com and other channels.
