The Noble Capital Private Lender Network is an informal group of individuals who fund short term first lien mortgage loans serviced by Noble Capital through borrowers provided by Streamline Funding. Streamline Funding is Noble Capital’s wholly owned mortgage broker firm specializing in originating Hard Money loans on investment real estate in select Texas Markets.

The borrower brought significant equity to Noble making this loan a perfect match for Noble's short-term construction loan program.

"As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for more sophisticated borrowers. These borrowers are in turn able to bring more to the table and look at larger deals. As long as the underlying fundamentals continue to remain strong, those being loan-to-value, borrower experience, borrower equity, and days on market to name a few, we will continue to support these types of projects," says Chris Ragland, the Chief Operating Officer for Noble Capital.
