Her professional background includes executive positions with several Fortune 500 organizations. Ms. Geller-Stoff is a founding member of PACE (Professional Association for Customer Engagement, formerly the American Teleservices Association), where she has served on the National Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and has completed several terms as president of the Southeastern Chapter. Ms. Geller-Stoff is also Past President of the Society for Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) and is active with ICSA (International Customer Service Association) and other industry associations. She is an active participant in both state and federal legislation activities.
