For every $1 raised, Thirst Relief is able to provide one person clean water for 3 years.

Across the globe, 780 million people currently lack access to clean water, and 2.5 billion people lack access to necessary sanitation. Approximately one person dies every 21 seconds from a lack of clean water; it’s an epidemic.

Thirst Relief is a non-profit that has been battling the water crisis for 14 years - They create access to clean water using a variety of methods, depending on the location, community and scale of need. They utilize the most appropriate technology available to their local partners to accomplish their mission.

In 2018 they raised 285K and have served a total of 800,000 lives. Because of their incredible local partners across the globe, they’re able to have an industry leading cost per-life served. For every $1 raised, they’re able to provide one person clean water for 3 years.

This Sunday, they will be hosting their first ever pop-up near the entrance of Santa Monica Pier. There will be complimentary snacks, meaningful conversation, and an opportunity to win a trip to Hawaii!

For anyone that is unable to attend, there is still a chance to win the Hawaii trip! Just sign up to be a recurring donor of more than $10/month before the end of December & you’ll be automatically entered to win!
