NovelVox announces the joining of Sunil Vashist, as the director-product management of its global product operations. He joins NovelVox with more than 20 years of experience working with leading companies in the contact industry—including Cisco Systems and Avaya. Sunil’s recent work for the past eight years has been focussed on product management and has contributed a lot in the development of Contact Center and Unified Communication space.
Prior to joining NovelVox, Sunil was the Senior Product Manager—R&D for Team Engagement Solutions at Avaya. He has exposure in solution designing of Self Service, CTI, Inbound/Outbound contact routing, recording solutions, SOA based optimization tools, and CRM integrations. In the past, he has worked with Cisco systems developing Collaboration Suite of products. In the early stages of his career, Sunil worked as a Presales Specialist with Nortel Networks and Avaya Global Connect.
He is known for leading from the front, with a calm, analytical and focussed approach to solving daily challenges and achieving key milestones and deliverables. Moreover, he is impressed by the growth and mark that NovelVox has left in the global software market in such a short period of time—especially in the area of Contact Center Development and wallboards. Sunil believes in what NovelVox stands for and has the right leadership experience to bring in fresh ideas to the table to achieve sustained high growth in both revenues and profits.
