Obituary.us.org Launching Customer Service Review Campaign
SAN DIEGO, CA (PRWEB) August 07, 2013 -- Obituary.us.org is starting an initiative to encourage customers to review their company online, so they can get a sense of where they stand in the marketplace, the company announced yesterday.
“There are many places online where customers can review a company like ours,” an Obituary.us.org spokesman said. “Because we are a very new company, we want to do everything we can to convince people to leave a review. It will help us now, and our customers in the future.”
Currently, Obituary.us.org does not have a baseline metric from which to conduct a self-review of how they are satisfying their customers with their reports and customers service, he said.
“We are sure we are doing some things right, but there may also be room for improvement in some areas,” the Obituary.us.org spokesman said. “Until we get review feedback, we don't know how we are really doing.”
Customers will be encouraged to leave a review during every contact point with Obituary.us.org he said.
“We'll let them know where they can read a review that will not only be read by our customer service staff, but also by other potential customers,” he said. “This will allow everyone to see what kind of products and service standards they can expect from us.”
Obituary.us.org will update their service offerings based on the review data, he said.
