Obituary.us.org is starting an initiative to encourage customers to review their company online, so they can get a sense of where they stand in the marketplace, the company announced yesterday.

“We'll let them know where they can read a review that will not only be read by our customer service staff, but also by other potential customers,” he said. “This will allow everyone to see what kind of products and service standards they can expect from us.”
Obituary.us.org will update their service offerings based on the review data, he said.
