Ohio Personal Injury Lawyer David M. Chester Has Just Announced the Release of the 5th and 6th Videos in His Video Series on Ohio Personal Injury Lawsuits

The latest two videos are entitled “What is a Motion in an Ohio Personal Injury Lawsuit?” and “What is a Motion for a Protective Order?”. In Attorney Chester’s video “What is a Motion?” he explains that a “motion” is a legal document filed in court during a lawsuit by an attorney in an attempt to “move” the court to act or not act on something. Examples of the different types of motions that may be filed during a personal injury lawsuit are reviewed.
In the video “What is a Motion for a Protective Order?” David explains that a “motion for protective order” is a motion asking the court to protect a client by stopping the other party from:
• Asking certain questions
• Obtaining certain documents
• Anything else the client’s attorney feels is improper or not relevant to the specific case in the lawsuit
In this video, Attorney Chester provides a specific example of when a “motion for protective order” could be filed in a personal injury lawsuit.
Attorney Chester was recently interview about the use of a motion for protective order and in this interview David stated “If we feel that the other side is harassing our client or wants irrelevant information we will file a motion for protective order and argue in court why our client needs protected.”
