USA Military Medals Now Providing Hard-to-Find Military Dress Uniform Items
Milwaukie, Ore. (PRWEB) January 17, 2014 -- Local military uniform superstore, USA Military Medals, is making up for lack of uniform supplies on base, here, today, by offering distinctive unit insignia to Oklahoma National Guard members.
From military slang, a distinctive unit insignia (DUI) or “unit crest” is a metal heraldic device worn by soldiers in the United States Army.
The insignia - including the Oklahoma National Guard Unit Crest (No Motto), 120th Engineer Battalion Unit Crest (Never Idle), 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Unit Crest (Semper Anticus), 700th Support Battalion Unit Crest (Tradition Pride Support) to name a few, are available in pairs with steel backing and ship within hours.
"The last thing we want these folks worrying about is where to get their uniform items,” said USAMM, LLC President of business operations, Jared Zabaldo.
USAMM owns and operates USA Military Medals along with various other military uniform e-commerce stores.
“Troops might be withdrawing from Afghanistan this year, but there are still deployed,” said Zabaldo.
UMM is also assisting these Soldiers by providing fully assembled, mil-spec ribbon and medal racks, which can additionally be purchased through the free, online uniform-program, “EZ Rack Builder.”
From military slang, a military ribbon or medal “rack” represents the colorful rows of awards typically found above the wearer’s left pocket on U.S. armed forces dress uniforms.
“A few hundred Oklahoma State Guard are some of those deployed,” said Zabaldo. “Which is why we’re here, to help these Soldier’s stay focused on the more important things,” he said.
