Both of my parents passed away due to harsh chemicals being dumped into their well water. After my granddaughter was born, I knew I wanted to create a natural alternative to hand sanitizers -- something free of harsh chemicals that could also keep us clean.
STILLWATER, Okla. (PRWEB) February 28, 2019
Stillwater’s own, Jody Harris, founder and inventor of the natural hand and surface cleaner, YukBGone, has just been featured in the latest edition of Where Women Create Work magazine – which was just named the “2018 Magazine Launch of the Year” by MPA - The Association of Magazine Media. “When I saw the magazine, I literally had tears of joy rolling down my face,” says Jody.
The article highlights Jody’s story as a problem-solving entrepreneur, her advice for other entrepreneurs, and how she was driven to create YukBGone.
“Both of my parents passed away due to harsh chemicals being dumped into their well water. After my granddaughter was born, I knew I wanted to create a natural alternative to hand sanitizers -- something free of harsh chemicals that could also keep us clean,” Jody explains.
YukBGone has been gaining momentum since last year when they partnered with lifestyle retailer HSN to sell on TV and online. Jody also teamed up with Women’s Leadership Live and SLC Group Holdings – two powerhouse teams led by strong female entrepreneurs that help propel other business owners, like Jody, faster on the road to success.
In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8, Jody will be attending and speaking at several events – including an in-store appearance at Cost Plus World Market at 2746 N. Greenwich Ct. in Wichita, KS.
