Launching her second book, “Olives to Lychees: Everyday Mediter-asian Spa Cuisine Volume 2” (published by Balboa Press), author Marie-Claire Bourgeois continues to give readers tools to create a relaxing home spa experience with healing therapies and clean cuisine to soothe, nourish and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit to regain and maintain wellness.

Originally included with Bourgeois’ first book, “Olives to Lychees: Everyday Mediter-asian Spa Cuisine Volume 1,” but separated into two volumes at the publisher’s suggestion, this book gives tips to help readers manage stress, care for themselves, breathe and re-energize, and improve their quality of life. The author says the book helps readers learn how to nourish the whole body, mind and spirit by opening a new world of wellness possibilities with self-care ritual and proper nourishment.
