Omni Announces a New Line of Waste Oil Heaters

This product line burns the widest range of waste oil including but not limited to; fuel oils, motor oils up to 90 weight, kerosene, hydraulic fluid, diesel, mineral oil, vegetable oil, transmission fluid, synthetic oil (after it’s been used) and gasoline up to 30% by tank volume. With such a wide variety of fuels available, there should never be a shortage of fuel to burn, at a fraction of the cost.
Two very important patents set these products above the rest. First is Omni’s patented flame control system. This flame control system has eliminated carbon at the pre-heater block as an issue, making OMNI waste oil fired equipment the easiest to maintain. To back this up, Omni is the only company that puts in writing that they will not carbon at the pre-heat oil block and back that claim up with a 20 year warranty. The second is Omni’s patented solid state circuit board that precisely controls the temperature of the oil in the pre-heater block. This allows our system to maintain a three degree variance in oil temperature at all times. This maintains oil viscosity and results in the most thorough, clean and consistent burn available. Other manufacturers’ mechanical preheat systems allow larger temperature variances which cause varied fuel viscosity and inconsistent flame in combustion chamber, resulting in uneven heat and quicker failure of chamber.
This series of waste oil heaters have the highest warm air output (CFM) in the industry and use the least amount of oil & electrical consumption while operating. The new metered oil pump is not affected by the changes in viscosity of the different waste oils that may be present. This system eliminates the need for oil flow adjustments to compensate for the different viscosities and altitude variances, and as so reduces pump wear and increases its life. This pump will push the oil over a hundred feet horizontally and more than twenty five feet vertically creating the easiest setup for almost any application.
