Arizona-based social community platform provider, Socious, has released the session schedule for their 2016 user conference, to be held Monday, May 23rd, to Wednesday, May 25th, at the Wild Horse Pass Resort and Casino outside of Phoenix, Arizona.
The Socious User Conference is open to all customers and will feature over 20 hours of educational sessions on understanding engagement analytics, collecting membership dues more efficiently, and community management. The conference will also provide in-depth product training to attendees with all levels of experience.
Socious’s CEO, Paul Schneider, and Scott Balthazar, senior vice president of customer services, will take the lead in presenting the state of the company in the opening keynote address where Socious plans to showcase the latest developments in its technology platform, new professional services, and upcoming plans.

During the conference, Socious users will receive hands-on product training where they will learn everything from utilizing Socious’s web design features to time-saving tips and tricks for creating personalized customer or member communication. At the first day of the event, Socious will offer expert-led workshops on increasing community engagement and managing membership dues in the Socious platform. These deep dive workshops are open to all attendees at no extra change. The agenda also features a new one-on-one guidance option, which allows Socious customers to meet with client managers and other community management specialists to chat about their challenges and future initiatives.
