Vanessa's session will highlight the importance of building an online community into a cohesive CRM and member engagement strategy, and explore how online communities benefit organizations’ overall performance.

Socious is excited to welcome Vanessa DiMauro, founder and CEO of Leader Networks, as keynote speaker at the Socious User Conference.

Mrs. DiMauro has over 20 years of experience in social business leadership and research, and her work has been noted by leading publications such as the New York Times, Forbes, and the Wall Street Journal.

Her community-building experience includes work with Cambridge Technology Partners, Computerworld and CXO Systems. She has used her expertise to build Leader Networks into a world-renowned research and strategy consulting company - helping organizations develop and implement online community strategies that have a measurable impact on the organization’s core goals. Her success has resulted in inclusion on one of the world’s Top 50 Social Media Masters lists in Forbes.

Vanessa DiMauro sits on several boards including The Society for New Communications Research of The Conference Board (SNCR)and Network Activator. In addition to being a popular advisor, author, and speaker, she has recently become faculty for Columbia University’s Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategy program.

The Socious User Conference will be held May 23rd to May 25th at the Wild Horse Pass Resort and Casino in Chandler, Arizona. The conference is open to all Socious customers and will feature over 20 hours of educational sessions designed to heighten understanding of engagement analytics, community management, and effective membership dues collection.

Socious users will receive diverse product training including innovative uses for Socious’s web design tools and best practices for personalizing community member communication. Attendees can also choose to have one-on-one guidance with Socious account managers or online community management professionals to discuss challenges and future development. During the Socious User Conference there will be plenty of time for professional networking, encouraging attendees to share and learn new ideas from their peers.
