Online DISC Certification Series Starts Apr 29 Announces DISCcert
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) April 01, 2015 -- DISCcert’s upcoming Online DISC Certification Series will take place Wed Apr 29th, May 6th, 13th and 20th from 11am-12pm PST. Graduates of the series, which will consist of four consecutive one hour online trainings and one on one coaching sessions, will become certified to teach DISC skills to staff members, employees and coaching clients. The online training format allows trainers to complete the program in a convenient time frame. In addition to the group sessions, trainers will work privately with master DISC trainer Bonnie Burn, who will help customize their training to fit their individual needs. Each trainer will be assigned homework assignments and additional activities to be completed in-between group sessions.
The online series allows attendees to interact with Miss Burn and the other attendees. Feedback will be given to improve each trainer’s coaching skills and knowledge base. After graduation, ongoing support is available to each of DISCcert’s certified grads.
DISCcert’s nationally recognized company trains staff members from large corporations on an on-going basis. Significant improvements in customer and employee communication, teambuilding and increased productivity have been reported by these corporations.
Upon graduation, each newly certified trainer will receive an administration website to manage their DISC assessments and reports. They will also have access to password protected graduate portal with over 200 resources including PowerPoint presentations, learning activities and other training materials. These resources are designed to add value to training presentations, and to improve coaching and leadership skills.
Trainers and business development coaches have found the online DISC certification series, with individual coaching sessions to be both time effective and convenient. DISCcert prides itself in giving its participants the confidence to teach DISC, and makes every effort to prepare its grads to introduce the training to upper management and staff.
Companies implementing DISC training into their organization find that it has helped to develop a company culture of cooperation and increased productivity. It is an effective training tool to support teambuilding, executive coaching, management skills, conflict resolution, sales training, change management, customer service, on-boarding, and performance development.
"If staff and employees have not mastered communication skills, productivity will suffer,” says Miss Burn. “DISC training helps organizations and individuals rise above the competition,” she adds.
