Intelligent Approach to Movement (IAmMovement.ca), Barrie’s leading integrated full-service provider of physiotherapy, massage therapy, laser therapy, and functional training programs, is pleased to announce both the grand opening of its new office and walk-in clinic on March 8 and the chance to win an iPad Mini.
“Intelligent Approach to Movement [Iam Movement] is proud to announce the grand opening of its new clinic at 301 Bryne Drive, Unit #5 in Barrie, Ontario,” says Marcin Danda, owner of Iam Movement. “On Saturday, March 8, Iam Movement held an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by refreshments and tours of the new facility.”
The new 2,000-square-foot facility includes state-of-the-art equipment, two treatment rooms, one massage therapy room, one modality room (laser and ultrasounds), and one large exercise room. Conveniently located at the north end of Bryne Drive in South Barrie, Iam Movements’ new facility is both easy to find and has lots of easy parking access.
Renowned for its comprehensive care, Iam Movement is the only full-service musculoskeletal clinic in Barrie. In addition to providing physiotherapy and massage therapy services, Iam Movement has distinguished itself by also focusing on work-hardening programs, functional training programs, ergonomic assessments, laser therapy, falls prevention programs, and postural retraining programs.
Danda has been working in a clinical setting for over 20 years, dealing with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries related to work, athletics, and motor vehicle accidents. Other members of the team include resident physiotherapist Joebie Ian Tanamal, who received his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and nursing and has extensive experience in geriatrics and neuromusculoskeletal, sports injury, and orthopedic conditions, and Lisa Jespersen, a registered massage therapist with clinical experience helping clients with fibromyalgia, as well as sports and pregnancy massage. Jespersen is also trained in Swedish massage techniques, myofascial techniques, and manual lymph drainage.
“To help celebrate the grand opening of our new clinic in Barrie, Iam Movement is offering discounted massage therapy appointments with Lisa,” Danda explains. “Those who come in and see our new clinic will also have their names entered to win an iPad Mini. But time is limited to enter, with the draw taking place on May 1.”
“At Iam Movement, we are committed to providing Barrie with the best treatment possible,” he concludes. “We encourage anyone who would like to learn more about Iam Movement to call us at 705-721-5555 or come by and visit us at our new facility.”
