It is estimated that 116 million American adults will suffer from some degree of chronic or acute pain during their lives. Since pain is debilitating both physically and emotionally, it is important to manage it the right way. OPTIMAL offers state-of-the-art biologic and pain management treatments that have changed the way medicine is practiced today.
On the regenerative medicine front, OPTIMAL offers Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) Stem Cells and regenerative allograft treatment options. PRP therapy utilizes growth factors that are naturally found in blood. These growth factors stimulate cellular growth to help promote healing. Patients seeking tissue regeneration, can look to “pluripotent” stem cells. Stem cells are found in the body’s bone marrow and are typically used to treat joint cartilage damage and sports injuries. For patients over the age of 60 in need of regenerative therapy, an allograft will be used in combination with PRP therapy to assist in tissue regeneration. Regenerative allograft therapy includes, BioD® Restore, Liveyon ReGen® Umbilical Cord Stem Cells, BioBurst Rejuv Umbilical Cord Stem Cells, AmnioFix® Treatment, and EpiFix®.
OPTIMAL is dedicated to improving pain and functionality in patients with persistent or chronic pain who have failed to respond to routine medical care. Pain therapy can be complex or simple and is guided by history, intensity, duration, and structures involved in causing the pain. Pain management identifies the precise source of the problem and uses the best treatment option to relieve pain. In addition to traditional pain management treatments, OPTIMAL offers new, innovative treatments such as Orthofix SambaScrew®, Vertiflex Superion, BurstDR Stimulation, and Abbott Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation.
OPTIMAL Pain & Regenerative Medicine is on the forefront of pain therapy and regenerative medicine treatments. Patients in the Dallas, Ft.
