Mr. Maher also was appointed by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania as Co-Lead Counsel on behalf of the indirect purchaser for resale class in a price-fixing antitrust case against the chocolate industry (MDL Docket No. 1935).
Mr. Maher is licensed to practice law in eight states (Florida, California, Arizona, Texas, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and New Mexico) and the District of Columbia as well as in numerous federal courts located throughout the country, including the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
