Orlando Dumpster Rental Provider Currently Recycling Construction Debris on Building of New Apartment Complex
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) May 21, 2014 -- Orlando dumpster rental company Sunshine Recycling is currently providing both 20-yard and 30-yard construction dumpsters on the site of a new apartment community located at 7001 Palm Parkway in Orlando. Sunshine Recycling is hauling metal and concrete to be recycled, and is also providing portable restrooms and holding tanks for the construction trailers.
Sunshine Recycling is working with general contractors Altman Contractors, Inc. on the 334-unit rental development known as Altis at Sand Lake. The apartment community will feature a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and joins several others in Broward County, Coconut Creek, Pembrook Pines, and in Tampa.
The 30-cubic-yard containers are used to collect and haul standard construction debris such as drywall or sheet rock, wood, paper, plastics and other scraps. The smaller 20-cubic-yard dumpster is specifically designed and intended for the collection and hauling of bulky, heavy and large debris; this sized dumpster is on site to collect concrete. Metals are recycled to produce other metal products and concrete can be recycled to create asphalt, new concrete or gravel. It also has landscaping applications and can be used to stop erosion.
“As a LEED-certified waste management company, we are capable of providing superior recycling and hauling services whether or not the job has LEED requirements,” said Chuck Herb, owner of Sunshine Recycling. “It’s important to us as a company to support environmental initiatives and work with builders to recycle as much debris as possible. We can typically recycle 98 percent or more of the debris collected.”
Sunshine Recycling Inc. of Orlando is a dumpster rental company servicing central Florida. Offering various sizes of dumpsters including front-load, roll-off and full-size construction dumpsters, Sunshine Recycling also provides recyclable, waste and construction debris collection and hauling services and trash compactors.
