New Life Hiking Spa offers hiking along the Appalachian Trail, Long Trail and Green Mountains. Each day, expert hiking guides take New Life guests on a variety of hikes to accommodate every guest’s fitness level. Three levels offered daily are:
1) Beginner hikes that take guests along picturesque country settings, mountain streams, and working farms.
2) Intermediate hikes lead guests along the diverse terrain of the famous Appalachian and Long Trails.

The afternoon is filled with a variety of fitness classes offered in New Life’s fitness studio or outside on the 33 acre property. All-inclusive pricing for June vacations that are booked by May 31, 2016 are offered at rate of $204 - $254 per person/per night. Pricing is based on length of stay and occupancy.
