Deciding to outsource was the single most important decision I made in my business. Learning how to do it right...has made all the difference in my success.

Outsourcing contributes to the success of many businesses. For years, it has been implemented by entrepreneurs to help lighten the workload in an inexpensive way.
So why does everybody not outsource? The simple answer is that most people don’t know how. Like just anything else, there is a bad, good, better, and best way to do it. With years of experience, John Jonas believes he has discovered the outsourcing secret.
“Deciding to outsource was the single most important decision I made in my business. Learning how to do it right was the most significant piece of knowledge I gained, and implementing the things I have learned is what has made all the difference in my success.”
In an interview with business expert, Dean Soto, John shared two of his game-changing outsourcing tips:
1. Only hire from the Philippines
2. Always hire full-time employees
Traditionally, many businesses outsourced to places like India. Jonas, however, outsources to the Philippines because the work is higher quality for a lower price. In his experience, Filipinos work harder, speak better English, and understand directions more easily than most outsourcing countries. They are loyal and honest, and often exceed expectations.
Jonas also strongly suggests hiring full-time employees. Often, people will hire freelancers off of websites like Odesk.com or Elance.com. These employees are given a project, and once it is done, they move on and work for other companies.
A full time employee, on the other hand, will learn everything about the business and be loyal to it. They will go out of their way to help it succeed, because their job depends on it.
“When you teach someone everything about your business, it gives you the freedom to step away and let them run it. What I didn’t realize when I was doing everything myself was that I was just building myself a job. It wasn’t until I started trusting my employees with all of my work that I realized, I don’t have to work. I can just be the CEO!”
