RaeLynn’s Boutique Partners with Indiana Pacers Player Lance Stephenson for the Ultimate Prom Experience
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) April 18, 2014 -- It’s finally spring and for many high school students, that means it’s time for one of the biggest events before graduation. Prom is a memorable night that all students should be able to enjoy, but for some the cost of prom is not in the budget.
Three Indianapolis high school students will receive a prom dress from RaeLynn’s Boutique on Saturday as part of the Lance Stephenson Ultimate Prom Experience.
According to Stephenson’s PR specialist, Duchess Adjei, the purpose of this partnership is aligned with his community goals to help Hoosier students. Stephanie Maier, Raiona Griffin, and Shelby Frye were selected as the winners after submitting an essay listing the reasons why they felt they deserved the experience.
Stephenson honors the idea that nothing is handed to you so selecting the winners is an intense process. Through the Ultimate Prom Experience, Stephenson wanted to work with local community members to make these prom dreams come true.
RaeLynn’s Boutique is Indy’s largest prom retailer that carries top designer dresses.
This is the second year they will participate in Lance Stephenson’s Ultimate Prom Experience. Owner Alison McDaniel said she is honored to be a part of the program.
“I truly believe that giving back to the community is an important part of the RaeLynn’s mission,” McDaniel said. “The part of my job I love the most is seeing girls walk out of their dressing rooms with a smile, knowing that they feel beautiful and confident in their prom dress.”
RaeLynn’s will also be giving the three winner’s dates tuxedos for a picture perfect evening. Follow more of this story on the RaeLynn’s blog for pictures of the three winners shopping for their prom dresses.
