I am excited to bring back to Tacoma our delicious brunch with our amazing food and service

Pacific Grill, LLC, part of the Naccarato Restaurant Group, has announced the launch of their Weekend Boozy Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm.

The brunch service features fresh Northwest seafood, local farm-raised meats, cage-free eggs and an emphasis on chef-created foods such as heritage breed Kurobuta applewood-smoked bacon, housemade rye bagels, granola, house-smoked salmon and even cultured butter. Guests will also find Pacific Grill favorites like Oyster Shooters with citrus vodka, Cheeseburger Sliders and Stan The Man’s Killer Clam Linguine.

Guests get to enjoy Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys garnished with Pacific Grill Meat Candy (reggiano-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon), house-pickled green beans and smoky gouda. The Boozy Brunch cocktail menu will also feature a “build your own bubbles” section where you can customize your Mimosa with prosecco and choice of flavored liqueurs.

Pacific Grill Boozy Brunch will be led by Chef/Owner Gordon Naccarato (Food & Wine Best New Chef winner and named Top 20 Most Talented People in Seattle by Seattle magazine) and Executive Chef Alexander Anton of Pacific Grill Events & Catering who will head-up the brunch service. Chef Anton was previously Executive Chef at Smoke + Cedar also owned by Naccarato Restaurant Group. Smoke + Cedar brunch had a loyal following and very much missed by the community since closing in late 2015. “I am excited to bring back to Tacoma our delicious brunch with our amazing food and service. Just wait till they taste our Tempura Bacon!” Chef Anton said.

Pacific Grill restaurant is located in the Historic Waddell Building (c.1889) in downtown Tacoma, Washington. (1502 Pacific Ave. Tacoma, WA 98402) Pacific Grill is owned and operated by Chef Gordon Naccarato and Joseph Hardwick Jr.. The parent company also operates Pacific Grill Events & Catering and Classics Cafe (located at LeMay-America’s Car Museum), all located in Tacoma. In 2015 Pacific Grill celebrated their 10th year in business serving Tacoma and the South Puget Sound region.
