“We received almost 40 submissions representing 20 high schools throughout Cook, DuPage, Lake and McHenry counties the first year of this scholarship program. I’m happy to give back to the communities who have helped grow my business.”
Palatine, IL (PRWEB) January 13, 2015
Today, Nicholas W. Richardson was named to Rising Stars, an honor given to only 2.5 percent of Illinois lawyers. Attorney Richardson was vetted by a highly credentialed panel of his peers, who also leveraged independent research.
“As a one-attorney office, I appreciate this honor and recognition, which some typically only associate with large firms,” says Attorney Richardson, who opened his namesake office in Palatine, Ill., almost six years ago. “More than a decade ago when I passed the Illinois State Bar, I knew that there was a lot of potential to help families in Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs in transition. Honors like this confirm that I’ve done just that.”
This month, Attorney Richardson also launched his 2nd Annual Scholarships for College-Bound Chicagoland Powered by the Law Office of Nicholas W. Richardson, P.C. that offers four scholarships totaling $2,500 for college-bound high school seniors to pay for their advanced education, including college, nursing, business, trade, technical training and other similar programs.
“I’ve seen how daunting simply providing for the day-to-day needs can be for today’s families, and skyrocketing college costs don’t help,” says Nicholas W. Richardson. “We received almost 40 submissions representing 20 high schools throughout Cook, DuPage, Lake and McHenry counties the first year of this scholarship program. I’m happy to give back to the communities who have helped grow my business.”
Attorney Richardson appreciates the time and efforts those within his legal community commit to the Rising Stars nomination process.
