These eBooks address some of the most common questions I get from people wanting to know more about the paleo diet.

Tina Turbin, the paleo advocate behind, has released four brand new eBooks on the paleo diet: “Paleo Versus Gluten-Free,” “Shed Unwanted Pounds with the Paleo-ish Diet,” “Improve Stamina with the Paleo-ish Approach,” and “Paleo Gluten-Free, Allergies and Your Pharmacy.” Each eBook is jam-packed with vital information, and together they address the hottest issues that Tina’s readers have about the paleo diet. The major release comes soon after Tina’s last eBook release in February of a cookbook for chocolate lovers called “Decadent Chocolate and Cacao Recipes and Delights.”

“It was really important to me to hand-pick topics that people really want to know about,” Tina said. “These eBooks address some of the most common questions I get from people wanting to know more about the paleo diet.”

“Paleo Versus Gluten-Free” clarifies the common confusion between the two different diets in a way that readers can understand, and it makes it easy to immediately adapt the information to one’s health goals and dietary needs. The other three eBooks are what Tina refers to as “mini-eBooks”: concise guides to the most common paleo diet questions. Each page contains vital facts that people interested in paleo or paleo-ish eating will want to know.

The multi-award-winning paleo author first took the gluten-free community by storm when she founded and turned it into the #2 .info website in the world out of over 6 million registered .info websites. The website is now managed by Tina’s daughter, Miranda Jade Turbin. Tina has since turned to the inherently gluten-free paleo diet and follows what she calls a “paleo-ish” (not strictly paleo) diet to heal the damage caused to her body by celiac disease, an autoimmune disease triggered by gluten. Many of Tina’s paleo recipes are broadly shared and used by the gluten-free community.

“There is a lot of conflicting information about the paleo diet, gluten-free eating, and how these impact your health. It can be so overwhelming trying to sort it all out!” Tina says. “My eBooks are intended to clarify a lot of the disagreements and align the information in a way that people can really understand.”
