Digital Bounty Hunter Finds Parental Abduction Offenders to Reunite Missing Children
New York, NY (PRWEB) August 19, 2013 -- Traditional Parental Abduction investigations are provided by Private investigators, often in collaboration with law enforcement agencies in countries that are party to the Hague Convention on Parental Abduction. This is where they attempt to physically locate deadbeat parents who are refusing visitation to the other parent, with a view to reuniting the kids with the alienated parent. Often these attempts to locate the elusive parents are hampered by ingenious attempts by the abductor to go undetected.
The broad adoption of modern communications, such as the Internet and cell phones, brings with them new techniques for locating these individuals.
Rexxfield.com's founder Michael Roberts, is a journalist and licensed private investigator, he specializes in digital forensics, geo-location and electronic surveillance. Mr. Roberts was himself a victim of Parental Alienation; his ex-wife is now serving a prison sentence and he has sole-legal custody of his precious children.
Roberts announced recently that Rexxfield is opening up its "box of toys" and making their parental abduction investigative services available to aggrieved parents world-wide, or the private investigators handling their cases. He said, "until recently some of these techniques were reserved exclusively for law enforcement agencies".
Michael Roberts said "We have found that traditional parental child abduction cases run by law enforcement enforcement and private investigators can run aground due to their targets attempts to disguise their activities, location and just about anything to do with their day-to-day lives".
Roberts went on to explain that cold-case parental abduction investigations can now be reopened, often with high probability of success, even if we have very limited information about the target. As an example, Roberts explained that by using communication devices to contact know associates of the abductor parent, through a process of "social engineering", we are able to collect relevant and basic intel pertaining to the person of interest. As a result of this intelligence gathering, certain digital “incidents” might occur which narrow down the general or specific whereabouts of the person of interest.
When asked what type of cases these techniques can solve, Roberts said, "Our successful case studies cover almost any situation you can dream up, whether it be missing persons who have gone missing deliberately, bad-debtors or repossession cases".
