La Fogata is pleased to announce that in honor of the Mexican Independence Day, they will offer a specially-crafted entrée.

Mexico celebrates its Independence Day on Monday, September 16 and the festivities last throughout the month. During this celebration, La Fogata is decorated with the colors of the Mexican flag as well as additional festive motif.

To commemorate this occasion, La Fogata has crafted a unique entrée called Mixiote, a traditional dish from Central Mexico. It comes with the option of pork or marinated chicken in achiote sauce and other spices such as thyme, marjoram and bay leaf.

Additionally, La Fogata’s tequila feature for this month is Camarena Silver or Reposado. Best usage is to use to the tequila as Blood Orange, Skinny or Top Shelf.
