Capriccio Latino Changes Name and Concept of Restaurant
New Rochelle, NY (PRWEB) December 06, 2013 -- Capriccio Latino is proud to announce that they are changing the name and concept of their restaurant starting the first week of December. By popular demand, the restaurant is going to back to its roots and will again be known as Mamma Francesca and will offer a full authentic Italian menu.
Owner Nick Di Costanzo is proud to present Mamma Francesca Restaurant, once a staple and also a favorite in New Rochelle. The Italian restaurant now exhibits a modern and upscale look; however, it still boasts some of the traditional and delicious Italian dishes it once served. Customers can enjoy their dinners in Mamma Francesca’s classic greenhouse overlooking the New Rochelle Sound, enjoy drinks and appetizers in their comfortable and ample bar up front or dine in the contemporary main dining room.
In an effort to promote the restaurant’s authenticity, Di Costanzo has recruited the best talent from his hometown of Ischia, Italy. New Chef Roberto brings his passion and native dishes from the Gulf of Naples. It doesn’t get more authentic than this!
Mamma Francesca’s signature dishes will include: Linguini Campo e Mare (linguini pasta over artichoke, shrimp, garlic, onion and pomodoro di collina), Ragu della Nonna (Pork Ribs, meat balls, braciiole in tomatoe sauce) and Vitello Caprese (wild mushrooms, onions, aromatic wine & fava beans).
Mamma Francesca will now offer catering both on and off the premises. Customers can book their private party with the restaurant for corporate events, holiday parties, showers, bridal parties, birthdays or graduations. Party packages start at $22 for lunch or $32 for dinner.
The Italian restaurant encourages customers to celebrate the holidays with them. Mamma Francesca will be open Christmas Eve for our famous fish feast. They will also be open New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Reservations can be made now.
