Passenger today announced that Thomas Finkle, Passenger CEO and Member of the Board, will be joining Rakuten Research in presenting at the upcoming ad:tech tokyo 2013 conference. Finkle’s session will be one of 36 breakout sessions taking place on September 18-19 at the Tokyo International Forum.
