Charlotte, North Carolina (PRWEB) January 09, 2014 -- Pat Swisher closed a deal with The William Gaston Fund, a private equity fund that invests in small companies that have the capacity to grow rapidly from local or regional companies to national or international companies, on January 2nd, completing the buyout of Swisher’s partner Dean Lovett. The William Gaston Fund is managed by Gaston Capital LLC, and the fund has been highly successful in funding and growing small businesses for the past six years. Enviro-Master has agreed to the appointment of two managers selected by the fund to serve on the company’s Board of Managers. These will include Michael K. McMahan and David K. Robb, who along with McMahan is a founding member of Gaston Capital Partners.
