Sam & Associates Insurance Agency Joins Family House of San Francisco in Charity Drive to Support Families of Children with Life-Threatening Illnesses

Sam & Associates Insurance Agency, a locally managed insurance provider with offices serving the San Francisco region, is joining local nonprofit Family House in a charity event to provide assistance to the families of children struggling with life-threatening diseases

Sam & Associates Insurance Agency, a family owned insurance and financial planning firm serving business and residential clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, is teaming up with the Family House organization in a charity benefit aimed at providing support to the families of children diagnosed with life-threatening diseases.

Family House is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that maintains a group of free temporary housing facilities for the families of children being treated for serious illnesses. For more than 30 years, Family House has worked to keep families together during tragic and difficult times.

“Family House understands the importance of family—that’s why we’re involved in this charity event and that’s why everyone in our community should come out and show their support,” says Yumi Sam, founder and director of Sam & Associates Insurance Agency.

To gather support from families, business owners, and community leaders throughout the Bay Area, Sam and her team are building an online social media presence and utilizing an email update system to share up-to-date information on the Family House charity event. Sam & Associates will also be producing a full page article featuring the Family House charity drive in the next issue of the firm’s webzine “Our Hometown”: http://www.agencysam.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_41.

A number of other Bay Area charities and nonprofits have received support from Sam & Associates Insurance Agency in the past few months. As part of an ongoing community involvement campaign dubbed “Agents of Change,” the firm will be working with a new San Francisco-area charity every other month.
