The TAG Diversity Leadership Award is presented to individuals who demonstrate exceptional efforts to leverage diversity within their organization to drive growth, productivity, creativity, and morale. The 2015 recipients are:
Tia Buckham-White, Notre Internationale, for opening a dialogue of inclusion in her company, and for her work in coaching and in helping minority women secure IT roles
Jose Del La Cruz, Travelers Insurance and InVEST, for working with young minorities in underprivileged communities and creating a diverse talent pipeline in the insurance industry
Myra Reeves, The Home Depot, for overseeing the execution of short- and long-range Diversity and Inclusion strategies targeting recruitment, retention, and the fostering of diverse talent
Karen Ashley, Georgia Power, for managing the company’s employee resource groups, sustaining and improving a workplace culture where all employees are valued, respected and engaged

MarketSource for formalizing its Diversity and Inclusion practices by forming a dedicated D&I team tasked to deliver effective solutions that add value to the business while embedding diversity and inclusion practices into its organizational culture
