Per Wickstrom Interviews Chase Masterson about Her Volunteer Work Involving Youth in East LA at 2015 Oscars
Hollywood, California (PRWEB) March 20, 2015 -- On February 21st, 2015, the Stardust Penthouse on the rooftop of the Luxurious Beverly Hilton Hotel was transformed into Durkin Entertainment’s EcoLuxe lounge, sponsored by Per Wickstrom, the founder of Choices Recovery, a holistic center for the treatment of addiction. Many contributors to Hollywood’s entertainment industry stopped in to enjoy the breathtaking view of the impressive Los Angeles skyline, including TV and film star Chase Masterson, who has had roles on many projects, including General Hospital, ER, The Flash and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Help Through Homeboy Industries
For the past eight years, Chase has been working with Homeboy Industries, an organization focused on providing job training, education, support and hope to former gang members and high-risk young adults, allowing them to turn their lives around before it’s too late and helping them to become fully functioning and contributing members to society. “I’ve been working with these kids to get them off very, very serious, life-threatening drugs,” Chase told Per. “We’ve lost some kids, but we’ve helped some kids. A lot of them. It’s because of programs like yours (Choices), and it’s because of people that will reach out and will care.”
